I have been leading humanitarian aid programs across the globe for over fifteen years. From Tsunami response in Sri Lanka, the Haiti earthquake, working with refugees along the Somali border and most recently with Syrian refugees in Lebanon and Jordan, I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been able to experience numerous cultures, undergone countless adventures, and serve many people along the way. I stepped away from implementing humanitarian programs in the field in order to direct my attention towards professional and life coaching.
My career enabled me to serve countless of individuals with crucial assistance to better their lives, often in life saving circumstances. It has been both challenging and extremely rewarding. My decision to step away from overseeing humanitarian operations came from a desire to impact people at a deeper level, even if it means working with fewer people. My rationale for this can be explained simply as a multiplier effect if you will. By assisting individuals in a deep way strive for their full potential and help them make the impact they want in the world, they will in turn impact more people than I could ever have on my own.
As a professional Coach I specialise in personal growth, relationship and career coaching, and I maintain a private practice working with a broad spectrum of clients. In addition to being a professional Coach, I also develop and conduct training to general audiences on topics of communication, growth and change.
I am a collaborative, solution-focused Coach. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I also integrate coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly-personalised program tailored to you. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to achieving.
